MEET THE TEACHER

Hello! My name is Katie Self and I am the Owner and Educator at Chickadees Preschool. I am a wife, and mom to three amazing kids- ages 6, 3, and 1. Our family loves being outdoors, playing at the park, and exploring new places together. We also love a good family game or movie night! In 2018, I earned my Bachelors in Elementary Education from Boise State University. I have experience teaching public school for 4 years before opening my preschool in 2023. Teaching is my greatest passion in life and I look forward to the opportunity of sharing my love of learning with your child!
